By accessing the Lawyers Nexus platform, enrolling in the University of London LLB, Bar at Law, BTT, or SQE Preparation programmes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Academic Standards & Conduct
Scholars enrolled at Lawyers Nexus are expected to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity and professional ethics. Plagiarism, unauthorized collaboration, and improper representation of qualifications are strictly prohibited.
3. Enrollment & Fee Policy
Tuition fee schedules and voucher billing are established per academic programme and module selection. All payments must be made according to the due dates specified on official Lawyers Nexus vouchers.
Fee records, discount structures, and voucher adjustments require administrative reconciliation and cannot be modified without authorized clearance.
4. Intellectual Property
All curriculum syllabi, study packs, case analyses, research frameworks, logos, and digital platform assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Lawyers Nexus. No materials may be copied, redistributed, or exploited commercially without express written consent.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising in connection with academic enrollment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
